I had tried many, many different methods for many, many years and was frustrated on a DAILY basis on my addiction that was interfering with many, many areas of my life. So it was with resignation and hopelessness that Peter approached me with his Break Free method. With only one session, I was able to obliterate and shatter all my illusions about smoking.
