Seminars: Break Free – Stop Smoking For Good

And the Hong Kong Government introduced the first phase of a smoking ban in public indoor spaces in Hong Kong on January 1st this year. About Peter Armstrong and his “Break Free – Stop Smoking For Good” method

Peter Armstrong was a heavy smoker for more than 15 years and had tried virtually every known method of quitting. Drawing on his own experience of what works, Peter formed Break Free in March 2006 to provide smokers with answers to the smoking dilemma. With many satisfied ex-smokers willing to testify to the effectiveness of the Break Free method, Peter aims to reach as many smokers as possible throughout 2007, in both Hong Kong and Singapore. Peter was born in Ireland and has lived in Hong Kong for 11 years.
