Testimonials
I have never known 4 hours to go by so quickly! A very in depth sharing of very valuable and intriguing information. A very personal approach that makes you feel that your responses are listened to and taken on board to make the process all the more empowering. Smoking is the result of a bad decision which becomes the best reason to give up and wake up, once and for all. Peter’s methodology is enlightening, thought provoking and definitely always with a lot of heart and caring.
‘Thank you’ seems insignificant in terms of the long life he gives out!

Linda’s thought, 14 August 2006 “I am under a lot of stress now. I don’t think I can handle it. Should I wait until later when I am less stressed? I will be totally lost and depressed because I have been counting on a smoke for a long, long time."
Linda’s testimony, 29 August 2006 "Much easier than expected, did not feel depressed, handling stress better. I would not have succeeded without Peter’s help...
Linda Laau. August 2006
It's amazing how effortless it has been... this really works!
Ms. C.K. Tam. June 2006
I had tried many, many different methods for many, many years and was frustrated on a DAILY basis on my addiction that was interfering with many, many areas of my life. So it was with resignation and hopelessness that Peter approached me with his Break Free method. With only one session, I was able to obliterate and shatter all my illusions about smoking. The process was effortless and I have been a non-smoker since that auspicious day. I am so thankful that Peter has made this possible for someone like me and will continue to enrich and save the lives of many to follow who are enslaved by this addiction and feel utter hopelessness at breaking the chain.
Break Free works and I strongly urge anyone who wants a new perspective on life and a commitment to health and quality of life to once and for all, BREAK FREE!

Pure, unadulterated, joyous emancipation - thank you
Mr. D.P., Sales Director, 35. April 2006
Easier than I would ever have thought possible. No withdrawal symptoms!
Mr. R. Phillips. October 2006
I was probably one of the biggest cynics about people that promise to help you give-up smoking. Even during the session there was a little voice saying 'yeah right' but about three quarters of the way through the session a light seemed to go on as I realized I wasn't actually giving up anything! I definitely don't envy smokers now!
Ms. C. Glover. November 2006
I was fed up of smoking but was struggling to give up for long periods of time. In the past I had tried give-up-smoking books, other give up smoking programs and acupuncture, all with no success, so I was pretty cynical about whether Break Free could help me. I was impressed to find the process fast, easy and effective with no withdrawal effects at all. I no longer even think about smoking and actually find the smell of smoke pretty awful.
It feels great to be ahead of the curve so far as new government legislation goes as well as protecting my own health and that of others
Steve Bruce – MD, SB Consulting, Hong Kong. September 2006
It’s been just over three months since I had my Break Free session with Peter, and since then I haven’t had a cigarette, or really felt the need for one. I must admit that it was easier to stop smoking than I thought it would be, and it really helps to have the workbook and CD to review in the days and weeks after stopping. I feel so much healthier, and think that going to Break Free was one of the best choices I’ve ever made.
